Circuits
Circuits or HIIT should be a staple in everyones training regime, they can be tailored to any exercise, rep range & intensity.
This circuit would be excellent for football players, but can be done by anyone looking to improve their fitness, explosive & rotational power, speed & reactive movement.
The exercises are"
1. Airdyne bike or tornado bike.
2. Rotational wall ball slams
3. Pogo plyo jump to box jump.
4. Box sprints
I would reccomend 30 secs on 30 secs off for each exercise, rest for 2-3 minutes and go again. Aim for 3-5 sets depending on your fitness levels, times can also be tweaked.
