Hi guys,
Just a little bit about me and what I do here at MS fitness and Well-being.
I work out of Performance 18 which is a personal, quiet gym located just across from B&Q and Sainsbury’s.
I offer bespoke:
🟣 1:1 Personal training sessions- for all abilities. These training sessions are taylored around YOU and YOUR goals, whatever they may be. You will get full use of all the equipment and there will never be more than 6 people using the gym at once so plenty of space and time.
🟣Group training sessions- some people don’t like to work out alone and need some extra motivation so why not bring a friend along with you? Group training sessions are all about achieving your goals and pushing yourself to new limits with your friends.
🟣 Sports specific training- as a footballer, netballer and runner myself, I understand what it takes to be the best you can be at your sport. We will work on sports specific movements and injury prevention.
🟣Fitness classes- two fitness classes a week, including a HIIT circuit class and run club.
