Presentation night last night for our boys, and what can we say? What a special club to be a part of. From top to bottom, it is absolutely first class.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to the committee and everyone who works tirelessly behind the scenes. The work that goes on in the background doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves.
To Dave, Sion and Mikey for making sure the pitches are in top condition all year round. To the two Sions for their constant battle against comet every season and for continually pushing coach education and development. To Barbara for dealing with the league and all communications. To Tom, John and Brian for working tirelessly to improve our facilities, secure funding and continue driving this amazing club forward. And to every other coach, volunteer and individual who contributes to making all of this possible, thank you.
A special thank you also goes to our parents. We know we ask a lot at times, 8:30am kick offs on Sunday mornings and plenty of travelling, but without your commitment and support, these boys wouldn’t be able to create the memories they do.
To the boys, past and present, thank you for being the fantastic group you are. You have always been an absolute pleasure to work with, and the progress we see week in, week out is incredible.
Finally, thank you to our sponsors for your continued support throughout last season and as we move into the next. Your backing makes the season run so much more smoothly and helps ensure the boys always look the part.
