Morning all. We made it through the heat last night , and gently stretched. Given tomorrow at yoga time its 34 degrees and most people are either a no or unsure , ive taken the decision to cancel Thursday classes. Id rather not risk people's health and comfort.
See you on the mats next week. Stay cool. Lis xx

Well its going to be a hot one next week. Tuesday looks ok at yoga time but Thursday is 34 degrees. What's everyone's thoughts about yoga ? I'm ok with it but if its too hot for everyone I will cancel. No point yoga'ing alone 🤣 ill send a whats ap message mid week to check 😉. Xx
