Hello and thank you to all my followers! I haven’t posted for a while because I had a bit of a health scare (all turned out ok) and then it was Christmas and January just flew by. I am back now and will be posting more very soon, especially the walking coach sessions I am doing. I spend a lot of time on the beach and want to do more of the things I love; being outside and coaching (with a side of photography below is a recent sunrise photo). Somebody asked me recently who I was before my mum passed away and who am I now? I know there has been a massive shift within but I cannot explain it. There’s a lot that doesn’t matter anymore. I know that having already lost a parent at a very young age I didn’t see the point of a lot of things in my teenage years also along came anxiety. When I became a mum suddenly it all made sense. Everything I did was for my children. They were my drivers and still are along with my beautiful granddaughter. Three days ago I climbed Snowdon. So I guess for me it’s never not been about my family as they are my world but it’s bucket lists and challenges. To feel alive and be privileged to do what so many people cannot do and I try to face my fears as I always have. I certainly do not let the grass grow under my feet now more than ever!!
