📢 Membership Renewals – Please Hold Tight! 📢

Hey COPAC members! 👋

We've noticed a few membership renewals coming through recently — thank you for your commitment and eagerness to stay involved! 💙

However, we kindly ask that you hold off on renewing just yet. Here's why:

🔹 Membership fees for next year are pending approval at the AGM
🔹 England Athletics fees are increasing to £20
🔹 We're working hard to launch a new website with a fresh membership system in time for the new membership year starting in April

We’ll share all the details as soon as everything is confirmed — so please hang tight for now.

Thanks so much for your understanding and continued support! 💪

✨🥉A huge congratulations goes out to Jonah who finished 3rd place in the National Cross Country Championships at Parliment Hill on Saturday.
Jonah's dad Chris had this to say and we couldn't agree more!
"Words can't express how incredibly proud we are of Jonah! He ran at the National Cross Country Championships, coming in third place! 🥉 What an amazing achievement!
This journey wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support system we have. A massive thank you to all the volunteer coaches at City of Portsmouth Athletics Club. Your dedication, guidance, and belief in Jonah have been instrumental in his success. We are so grateful for your time and expertise. He has been coached with Phil Budd at Fundamentals, Alan Crook and Vince Stamp as part of the A-Team and now part of Team Purser with Amanda Purser Steven Purser.
To Jonah's teammates: The camaraderie, the encouragement, and the friendly competition push him to be his best. Thank you for being such a supportive and inspiring group.
And thank you to all the parents of athletes for your unwavering support of Jonah and the athletics club.
Jonah - We're so proud to see you represent COPAC with such passion and dedication."

Last week Flo took to the roads of Armagh amongst hundreds of runners from all over the world to compete in the 33rd Armagh International Road Race.
Event organisers try to get as many men as possible to run under 15 mins for 5k and as many women under 10 mins for 3k.
Flo completed the 3km course in 9.44 coming in as 2nd junior behind a Swedish girl and in 29th place overall.
A huge well done goes out to Flo, everyone here at CoPAC is very proud of you and we hope you enjoyed the experience and thank you to Claire for providing the video.

Save the date for the club AGM, which is just over a month away.
The AGM open to all club members and is your chance to meet the committee and ask any questions you may have. It's also the perfect time to find out what is happening within the club.
We would love to see as many of our members there as possible.
