💚 WELLBEING SERVICE AT PAULSGROVE FOOD PANTRY 💚

Our lovely Rosie and the Wellbeing team will be at the Community Centre during Monday’s pantry session, offering free health checks, advice and support.

They can help with things including blood pressure checks, healthy lifestyle advice, stop smoking support, weight management and general health & wellbeing advice.

No fuss, no judgement, just friendly support if there’s anything you’d like to have checked or chat about. 💚

You don’t have to be using the pantry to pop over and speak to the Wellbeing team. 🥰
