Zero Joining Fee.

I'm willing to wager my house that your local commercial gym
probably has a zero joining fee offer on at the moment.

Literally it means that you will be paying less yo use
that thing that you don't go to. :) :)

Why do you think that is though?

No direction when you are there?

Need to stop for a minute. I need a rest.

We need a bit of rest and recovery when training.
That's not a licence to kick the ar$3 out of it and get the feet up though.
Here's some info below to help you towards your training goals -

💪 Rest periods between sets are crucial for optimizing performance in resistance training, allowing muscles to recover and replenishing energy systems.

⏱️ Rest periods are typically categorized as short (less than 60 seconds), moderate (one to three minutes), or long (three to five minutes).

🏋️‍♂️ For hypertrophy goals, medium rest periods of one to three minutes per set are recommended,
while longer rest periods of three to five minutes are beneficial for muscular strength.

📈 Rushing through rest periods can compromise training quality and hinder long-term progress, so it's essential to find the right balance.

⚖️ Adjusting rest periods according to your goals and time constraints can help achieve optimal results in resistance training.
