🔥 MAY HALF TERM SPEED PERFORMANCE CAMP 🔥

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has continued supporting VDS SwimClinics during our quieter season. Over the last few months, all of our coaches have been busy balancing university commitments alongside competing at the British Championships in April — but we’re excited to officially be back for May half term 💙

This time we’re keeping things small, focused and high quality.

Our Speed Performance Camp is designed specifically for regional-level swimmers wanting detailed technical work, race preparation and individual feedback in a small-group environment.

Want to improve your frontcrawl efficiency and master your tumble turns? Join our small group clinic designed for competitive swimmers looking to refine technique and race skills.

✨ Only 6 swimmers per session to allow for focused coaching and individual feedback.

📅 Dates:
• Saturday 21st March — 10am–12pm
• Sunday 22nd March — 11am–1pm

📍 Location: Canford School, Bournemouth

💷 Price:
£45 for returning VDS members
£50 for new swimmers

⚡️ Requirement: Swimmers must be competing at county level standard.

Wow — both Breaststroke Technique Intensives sold out almost immediately.

These sessions were offered first to swimmers who attended our Christmas camp, and we’re really grateful for the amazing response.
