With the kids on their summer holiday I’ve not been able to get out as often as usual which was making me feel a bit pants physically. So I started doing a low impact strength training workout online that focused primarily on those butt muscles and legs. The first couple of time I did it I struggled to walk straight 🤣😳😂 but I kept at it and I think it’s had a huge impact on my running 💪🏼💪🏼 Today’s felt amazing and I could have kept going but decided to stop and not push too hard not having run in a week…..want to keep going forwards instead of 10 steps back 😉 Clearly mixing it up and adding some rest days is a recipe for success and ones overall !! What do you do to help work on your ?
