It took 128lbs of pressure off her knees with every step.

Why weight matters more than you think…

One of my clients just lost 32 pounds in 10 weeks.
Amazing, yes — but here’s the part most people don’t realise:

When you’re in your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, your joints feel everything — the stiffness, the old injuries, the slower recovery. And every pound you carry adds pressure.

For every 1lb you lose, your knees feel 4lbs less pressure.

So her 32lb loss didn’t just change the scales…

🚨Clients wins of the week 🚨

- Normally I’d wake up 2-3 times in the night in pain with my back 😩 im sleeping right through now ✅

- 1 stone 9 pounds in 2 months ✅

- I’ve ONLY put on 1 pound over the 6 week holiday previously it would easily of been close to a stone ✅

- I’m gobsmacked 😶 how much better I feel only after 5 days of following your stretch routine ✅

- I want to do more, I’m happier, feels like I got more energy to things, my sleep is so much better ✅

- I used to dread exercising ☹️ now I’m looking forward to it 🧠😀

If you want to keep doing life on your terms as you age, you have to lift something & get stronger 🛑

It doesn’t matter whether you pick up a heavy trap bar, a medium kettlebell, or simply move your own bodyweight with control.

The tool doesn’t matter.
The doing it does.

Both physically & mentally

As the years pass, muscle mass, strength, and joint health all need stimulus to survive. If your goal is to move without pain, stay independent, and keep doing the activities you love, strength training isn’t a luxury — it’s a requirement.
