If I had to start running again tomorrow, I wouldnโ€™t worry about pace, fancy sessions or chasing PBs.

Session: Pyramid Intervals

Warm Up + Dynamic Stretches

- 2 x 3 mins hard
- 90 sec easy jog recovery

- 2 x 4 mins hard
- 90 sec easy jog recovery

- 2 x 5 mins hard
- 90 sec easy jog recovery

- 2 x 4 mins hard
- 90 sec easy jog recovery

- 2 x 3 mins hard
- 90 sec easy jog recovery

Pace wise

3 min reps = 5K effort

4 min reps = 10K effort

5 min reps = Half Marathon effort

โœ… 1 longer run each week to build endurance
โœ… Donโ€™t try to cram fitness in at the last minute
