HAVE YOU STARTED...

That is the question?

Do you feel you know where to start?
Do you feel intimidated to enter a gym?
Do you feel you have tried strength training and 'didn't like it'?

I know just how confusing and also how scary it can be and also to not enjoy your type of training you are doing....I can honestly say I have been there and a lot of how this made me feel was actually vastly across 2023!

You are not alone

And coaches are also not immune from these feelings either so don't think that 'You simply don't get it'....I do, I really do to the point I avoid the gym for months on end because I really either dislike the style of training or fear being back in my paid gym!

Strength training will always be king to longevity of your bone health and over all physical and mental wellbeing.

NEVER QUIT on wanting to be better.

Nicole never has and I don't believe she ever will. She has been working with me for a long time now and still I feel we always can continue to grow through different challenges and phases of her life.

Together we have so worked through and continue to work on disordered eating, perimenopause and also setting our sights on developing muscle tissue so this wonderful human can step on stage next year.

She appreciates the best things take time, she LOVES pushing herself in the gym and simply wants to be the best she can be in every area of her life....and I can't thank you enough Nicole for allowing me to be a part in that with you.

Also a fun part of our work right now is me actively finding ways to get Nicole to eat more...so we can continue to grow those delts, lats, quads and glutes in density and in strength, this also enables us to ensure we mitigate the dreaded bone mineral density that does come with this chapter of life as Nicole knows the benefits that strength training (done properly) has for her longevity.
