Well it's official the Featherstone Flyers FC Ladies Kites have only gone and done it ..... congratulations to the team on becoming West Riding County womens League division winners🏆 The whole of the Featherstone Flyers community are incredibly proud of your achievement !

From the first whistle of the game we knew that the ladies where up for this and the team showed just what unbelievable football they can play, despite it being 32° !

Tini showed just what a fantastic keepers she is, not only saving goals but cheering and communicating with the team every minute of the game.. ..
The deffence was fearless with Pav, laura, Shannon and aman showing real strength and collectively had a solid preform and the opposition really struggled to get past them...

In the middle we had abbie and liv, what a combination this is turning out to be.. an oppositions worst nightmare combined with the wingers, linzi, nicky and TJ... there was no stopping them and they created some fantastic opportunities for our strikers and worked tirelessly... we had our strikers amy and jo both showcasing just how good they are and caused a lot of problems for the opposition.....
Emily and Sarah came on as the substitutes and what an impact they had when they came on !

The team manager san was living every moment of the game in that touch line and was right there with his ladys and even had the champers on ice ready for the ladys just showcasing how incredibly proud of the team he was and this was reciprocated by the ladys during there celebrations!

Eldswick also had a brilliant game and played some cracking football and showed some brilliant sportsmanship, but Featherstone took the edge and won the game

Well done team on becoming the division champions 🏆 🥳🥳
