Little update for you all on this weeks progress at The Healing Ground ....

We have some internal plastered walls, some skirting boards and doors 🙌🫶😍 The scratch coat on the exterior walls getting done by getting ready for the render...

Doors, sinks, toilets and kitchenette have been delivered 🙌 we are moving forward, where you'll begin to see major transformations in the next few weeks ✨️💪

Just another reminder if you have messaged or emailed us and we have not responded to you yet, PLEASE, PLEASE, bare with us... we will aim to respond to all messages and emails by the end of next week 🫶 thank you for your patience as we do have quite a bit going on 🙏🙌

Will - Founder of Metis Wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Will, founder of Metis Wellbeing and a facilitator specialising in breathwork, sound healing and meditation.

My approach is grounded and accessible, creating sessions that give people the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with themselves and explore practices that support their wellbeing.

My regular Breathwork & Sound Healing classes combine guided breathing techniques with an extended period of sound healing. We begin by working consciously with the breath, exploring different techniques to shift our state, build awareness and connect more deeply with the body.

The breathwork then moves into sound as a period of integration. You’ll simply lie back and get comfortable while gongs, crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments create a space for the body and mind to settle into deeper rest.

Everything is fully guided and suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. There’s no previous experience needed.

Alongside regular classes, I’ll also be offering occasional workshops exploring areas such as meditation, self-awareness, nervous system regulation and personal development.
