Becaaauuseeeeee, this time next week…

ILL BE A MRS!!!!!!!👰‍♀️

It’s finally time to get my cases and jet off! 🇬🇷

Thank you so much each and every one of you for your generosity, throwing me a perfect hen party, showering me with gifts, celebrating with me and constantly being there! 🥹🥹

You all mean so much to me and I promise to share MANY photos with you all in our group chat 🤎

Classes will return to normal when im back, they’re all available online to book until the end of October 💃

Ladies …

❌ CLASS CANCELLED ❌

You probably guess it but im choosing to cancel this evenings class. I don’t know if anyone else is struggling today but it should NOT be this hot in the uk😂

I waited it out but I have a duty of care and whilst I love to sweat it out with you all, today is a bit of a joke 🔥 😂

Enjoy sitting in the garden, a crisp glass of something alcoholic, and it’s business as usual on Tuesday! 💪

Im so excited to see you amazing ladies later on to celebrate my last 4 weeks before I become a MRS 💍 (still doesn’t even sound real!!!)

The reality of finishing a 45 minute high energy dance fitness class is looking like this - a sweaty mess and feeling GREAT!

We absolutely smashed that and burnt a total of 486 calories! THAT is one hell of an achievement 🔥

Safe to say my drive home consisted of the AC being on full whack 😂

Go enjoy your evening and if I don’t see you Thursday I’ll see you SATURDAY!!! 👰‍♀️ 🥂 🫶🏼

You lovely ladies have told me I can’t escape without celebrating properly with you all… so here we are!

Another hen party incoming! 🥂😂

📅 Saturday 8th August
⏰ 3pm (ish… for now!)
📍 Venue: TBC (we’re working on it!)

The WhatsApp group is already filling up with all the details, so if you’d like to come along, just drop me a message and I’ll add you in! (Fair warning… I don’t have all the answers yet 😅)

We’re planning food and drinks in Pocklington, and of course the Prosecco will be flowing 🥂✨

So far we’ve got 10 definite yes’s and a few maybes… the more the merrier! 💕

Never in my life, did I think that we would be cooler with the windows and doors CLOSED! 😂👀

Safe to say, that was frigging hotttt but my christ did it feel good!

We sweat buckets, burnt hundreds of calories, successfully completed our workout, 3 free classes were in and now you can go enjoy a nice cold glass of rose in the garden! (Prosecco is chilled for me of course)

Total calories burnt this evening hit a whopping 527 in 47 minutes! 🔥

Thankyouuuuu! 🔥😍 💃

Now we know how hot it is out there at the moment but obviously … that doesn’t stop us 👀

Energy levels were HIGH (eventually) 😉 and it’s safe to say the sweat was too. Literally dripping off me 😂😂
