Pull Ups & Push Ups for Woodside! 🐶🐱💪🏼

For every like on this post, I’ll complete a pull up and/or push up! The challenge date is set at Sunday 28th June, and will be completed in my gym .plymouth

(Depending on how many likes we get, I’ll either split them between pull ups and push ups or complete full sets of each.)

Woodside does incredible work rescuing and rehoming animals, and they could really use a boost in funds to help continue changing lives. As many of you know, my partner and I rescued a greyhound, Bramble, late last year. She has given us some of the happiest moments of our lives, and she truly is everything we could have asked for in a dog. Rescue animals are truly special, and every one of them deserves a chance to be loved and noticed 🐕
