Tomorrow we head into the final game of the season, the best season on record for this team!

The last few games have been phenomenal and feedback from opposition teams has really given the boys a boost in confidence!
We knew we faced a tough end to the season with some big fixtures but we currently stand unbeaten in 7 and hope to end with a win at home tomorrow!!

Which would see an 11 point improvement on last years league table!!

A massive thanks to everyone who supports this team week in and week out we really couldn’t do it without you!!

Here is a look at our players of the match against Manstow last weekend, another 3 points added and another clean sheet by the mighty David and his back line!

I will say it again this teams defensive record this season is like no other!

Jacob managed another hatrick scoring all 3 of our goals supported by our speedy wingers and solid midfield!

On Saturday we were in for a tough fight away at Drake FC who currently sit top of the league with a huge record of goals!

The boys didn’t half turn up we dominated play throughout the game with many shots on target. Before a pass from Layton was collected by Jim before making the run of his life to score, giving us the lead. Unfortunately a high foot lead to a free kick which secured a goal for Drake.

The rest of the game was tense both sides desperately trying to secure the win and take the 3 points. Play was phenomenal effort was extreme and our boys made us proud and ended the game taking the point.

This season has truly been the best I have seen since joining u9s the way we work as a team to create chances, work together to defend, read the game, cover players out of position and the sheer drive and determination each week from the boys.

Our defensive record is like no other team in the league and that shows as all of our player of the match trophies go to the back line this week!

A look back at our players of the match from our 7-0 win last Saturday! The performance by the team was collectively by far the best we have seen all season. Each and every player turned up and put in an incredible amount of effort to come away with a fantastic result!

Ahead of our game this weekend let’s take a look back at our players of the match from our 2-1 win against Manstow Football Club

After only playing one game since December the boys were desperate to get back on the pitch and a lovely pitch it was. We stepped out onto the 3G at Ivybridge ready to fight for 3 points.

It was a game packed with skill and determination from both sides we went ahead in the first half before Manstow’s number 12 delivered a free kick fit for the premiership which glided in effortlessly.
At 1-1 we knew we had to pull everything out of the bag to secure the win!

We were awarded a penalty and it was down to our Captain Noah B to step up and take it. 2-1 ⚽️

We held on until the final whistle to take 3 points! All of the boys made us proud, getting stuck in to do exactly what they came to do!
