🎾 Great matches last evening!

Saltash B men defeated Plympton E 60–31, with Dylan and Mark edging a thrilling 10–8 tie-break against Ming and Chris.

In the ladies’ matches, Plympton C’s Jane and Sarah were involved in a hard-fought battle against Tavistock D’s Oonagh and Nicky, who claimed the tie-break victory. Meanwhile, Louise and Carla showed great resilience to secure impressive wins for Plympton.

👏 Final result: Plympton C won 64–29.

What a fantastic day at the May Fair event! We were delighted to welcome Plympton Stannator Lloyd Hills and Youth Ambassador Easter Garrett onto our courts on Saturday, where they soaked up the sunshine and enjoyed an exciting afternoon of tennis. The courts were full of energy, smiles, and great rallies, making it a truly memorable occasion for everyone involved.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success — from the organisers and volunteers to all the players and supporters who came along to enjoy the day. 🎾 WIN FOR PLYMPTON! 🎾

Huge congratulations to our Mixed Doubles team, Alice & Nathanael and Lucy & Scott, for a brilliant performance against Menheniot yesterday in the Plymouth & District Mixed Doubles Knock Out Cup!

It was a marathon of an afternoon with some truly fantastic tennis on display. The competition was incredibly close, with three of the matches pushed all the way to a third-set decider! 😲

Well done to all the players from both teams. After all that hard work on the court, the afternoon was rounded off perfectly with some well-earned refreshments in the sun. ☀️🥤

Plympton now progresses to the second round, where the team is set to meet Devonshire.
