It actually feels quite strange to NOT have trained today!
But rest is just as important as the actual exercise itself but that doesnโt mean you can lounge around all day ๐คฃ but doing active recovery is great like getting out in the fresh air and getting 10,000 steps in or maybe you have quite a physical and active job!
Rest allows your body to Recover, Repair and even Improves overall everyday performance so ultimately itโs a WIN WIN!
