First run in years. My friend Sharon invited me to go with her. So enjoyable. Would recommend Parkrun to anyone keen to conquer small distances. Great exercise and challenge for beginners. Give it a go!! Well organised - thank you to all the Marshalls who give their time for free!!! I’ll be back ….. now to try and improve my performance. 🏃‍♀️

Then Age 41 - ran Cornish Marathon in 3 hours 56:03 - training preference cardio
Now Age 55 - Personal Trainer - cycle most days 50 mins - weight train 3 x a week
Invite by my friend Sharon Monk to run 5k Park Run with no prep - 7 days notice
