Brilliant weekend for Mattie , we only managed 2 practice runs yesterday as we had to go early to make it in time for his football presentation and that was well worth it as he picked up the players player award 🥇 so today he was racing for the W plate but we didn’t hold much hope as we had limited track time and some top drivers on track, but Mattie proved us all wrong by being well on the pace 3rd 4th and 2nd in the hts put him p3 for the final but unfortunately we peaked a race early and Mattie had gave all he had in heat 3 so we just ran out of steam in the final meaning p4 it was for us , but again that’s still amazing considering he’s only 6 years old and only 9 months into his karting career,
