This week’s 5K came with the added challenge of the weather trying to turn us all into puddles. ☀️🥵

Against all odds (and despite checking every bit of shade we could find), another Tuesday plod is done!

A big welcome to our newest plodder, who clearly didn’t read the small print about the optional heatwave. Fair play for picking this week to join us, we promise it’s not always like this… probably. 😅

Thanks to everyone who came along, sweated their way round, and proved once again that a 5K is much easier when you’ve got good people to!
