The schedule for the first White Horse TREC Group winter TREC of the season is now online!

11th October at the beautiful Stapleton Park, this is one you won’t want to miss 😍

Remember, winter TREC is just the MA (control of paces) and PTV (obstacles) so no map skills required.

If you have any questions before you enter I’m happy to answer them!

What a fabulous way to end my guided ride season! Two beautiful days in Dalby Forest with wonderful people and perfect ponies 🥰

We even managed to organise it so the thunderstorm arrived last night and had not a drop of rain while we rode out 🤩

Thank you so much to everyone who has joined and supported me on adding these to my roster this year, they’re well worth the effort of organising to see how much you all enjoy them ❤️

Guided rides will return in 2027 and I will be starting some ‘intro to trot’ routes which will include short stretches of trot if everyone is confident and happy to do so. There will still be plenty of walk only rides for those who aren’t ready to move up 🐴🩷

I've just sent out the information for my Dalby Forest guided rides this weekend - I've still got one spot left for the Sunday ride so if you fancy joining us please get booked on!

10am (ish) arrival for a 10.30/11am set off, 10km through the beautiful Dalby Forest at a nice steady walk in a group of 5 (including me!). Just £30 for this one as you will need to pay for your own parking, this is easily done at the barrier or parking is free for Forestry England members.

What a championship venue!

TREC is a fabulously welcoming sport & it is perfectly feasible to get to a championship at level 1 in your first or second year of competing… what are you waiting for? Winter TREC season is coming up so get onto your local TREC group page and see what’s happening near you to give it a go 🤩 always happy to help you understand rules/requirements just pop me a message ❤️

If anyone is thinking about entering the White Horse TREC Group winter TREC at Thornton I have just booked a clinic in on the 1st November - a perfect chance to have a practice run! Let me know on your booking form if you are wanting to enter as I'll group you with others and we can really look at course craft and how to maximise your scoring 😍
