Thank you for your apology, you have now shown me that your words have meaning behind it and you want to continue your martial arts journey.

Not so long ago I had abit of a naughty student where his attitude and emotions got the better of him and caused a scene in my boxing class, from there he actually got banned by the boss but can back the next day to apologise to us all.

After his holiday he had some making up to do so I said thanks for the words but with me I need action behind it so I want you to clean the ring before every muaythai class for us all. If you can do it 4 weeks in a row then I can see you want to be here and do better in life.

Theres some ego in boxing but when it comes to martial arts there's more discipline, respect, control, humility, perseverance and focus and i am here to share that light correctly. I want my students to learn my skills inside and outside the ring so they can have an easier life.

Martial arts has taught me alot and I wish I started when I was young but sometimes thats not the case and you can start at whatever age.

Theres lots of things we dont wanna do in life but we have to and I think making yourself do something you dont like doing builds discipline and builds character and we should all bite the bullet when it comes to our own health
