Not the best start to the day — been raining since early morning 🌧☔️

Visited Tintagel Castle – so beautiful, but definitely not in this weather! Couldn’t really enjoy the views properly 😪

Camp and St. Agnes – finally got a bit of sunshine later in the day! Managed to do a little coastal trial 🌤

Day didn’t quite go as planned thanks to the weather 😒 but still turned out to be a great one in the end!

Had all our food made in the van today too 🚐🍽

This moment reflects the peace and harmony I’ve recently found in my life. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so good — in my body, in my mind, in my soul. Along the way, I’ve grown, healed, and learned to embrace myself fully. But I know I wouldn’t be here without the amazing people around me — the ones who hold me when I fall, fill me up when I’m low, and remind me of my worth. Today, I am grateful — not just for my journey, but for the love and happiness I now feel and get to share ✨️ ❤️

I didn’t get into coaching for fun.

I got into it because I needed it.

I remember what it felt like to not recognize my own body. 🪞
To show up at the gym 🏋️‍♀️ but still feel like I was falling behind.
To know I was capable of more ✨ — but have no idea how to get there. 🤷‍♀️
