Thank you, once again, to everyone who joined us at Scone Palace International Horse Trials 2026.

Our aim is to deliver a world-class international equestrian event that combines elite sport with an exceptional visitor experience and stunning heritage setting. As we begin our plans for 2027, we would welcome your feedback to help ensure we meet these high expectations.

And they’re off! From Scone to Burghley… on two wheels 🚴‍♂️

This afternoon, as the action drew to a close here at Scone Palace International Horse Trials, Andrew Ransford, Henry Kinchin, Thomas March andlastair Wilson set off from our Main Arena on the start of one seriously epic adventure.

Ahead of them: around 600km in just three days, averaging roughly 200km a day as they make their way south from Scone Palace to Defender Burghley Horse Trials, aiming to arrive in time for the first horse inspection.

It’s a huge challenge, all in support of two important organisations within our sport: and .

We were delighted to give the team a proper Scone send-off this afternoon and wish them lots of luck, strong legs and, most importantly, lots of funds raised over the next few days!
