OK, I get it, not everybody wants to become an Olympic athlete, strong man competitor or elite marathon runner.
However, I think, every man wants to feel โlike a manโ when the time is right, be a strong supporting partner for his partner, be a strong and energetic dad for his children, be able to play football with his son(s), do piggyback ride with his daughter or hold all of them up to the picture in front of the Christmas tree.
Many of us want to be able to enjoy our lives to the proverbial fullest, spending time actively, going on holidays, participate in their hobbies, whether itโs golf, surfing, skiing, climbing or skydiving, participating in the life of their family and children and making sure that youโre here to see them grow up.
But, in my opinion, most importantly, everybody wants to feel energetic, strong, ache free, feel โa spring in their stepโ, be able to get through their entire day with zest and energy without crushing and relying on 4 cups of coffee to stay awake, and finally to feel good and confident about their physicality and physical appearance. Not to mention being able to fit into their suit or trousers from 2005 and perhaps use the belt and its same hole as when you were 20 years old. The good summary of this part could be of what the character played by Kevin Spacey in American beauty said: โI want to look good nakedโ.
There could be multiple reasons for why you might be struggling with some of the above, or would like to be able to do more of something.
I have to admit, I checked what other fitness and health professionals list as potential reasons for lack of results in training of their clients, or, I suppose, their prospective clients.....
