🔥 Huge shoutout to my athletes who have been smashing their races recently! 🔥

🏃‍♀️ took on the Lake District Sky Trails 21km just a few weeks after completing UTS 50km. After some well earned recovery, she felt strong on the hills and was pleasantly surprised by just how much fun a shorter race could be! 💪⛰️

🏃‍♀️ Marie-Louisa Raeburn has been busy building her race experience, taking on the Tórshavn Half Marathon in the Faroe Islands 🇫🇴 and the Wild Deer Events 10km in Pooley Bridge. These events are perfect opportunities to gain confidence, learn how to race in different environments, and prepare for her big goal race in September. 🚀

Both of these ladies are training for much bigger events ahead, which means plenty of long days out and increasing mileage. Including smaller races along the way keeps training enjoyable, builds consistency, and gives them valuable confidence boosts every time they toe the start line. ✨

Well done, ladies! 👏 I’m so excited to see what you achieve in your next races. 🙌

Huge congratulations to for absolutely smashing the 25km last weekend ⛰️🔥

Over the past year, Kimmy has been building her strength and confidence in the mountains and she is absolutely thriving 💪 From taking on ETC in Europe to pushing herself further with more mountain races here in the UK

For the last 6+ months we’ve been working hard on strength training, progressing through different exercises and programmes to improve her ability to handle more load in the gym 🏋️‍♀️ This has allowed us to introduce more specific work including plyometrics, run-specific isometrics and a huge focus on building stronger legs for those climbs ⛰️⚡️

Every week Kimmy has spoken about how much stronger and more capable she feels and the best part is she’s genuinely enjoying the process 🙌 This is someone who once didn’t enjoy the gym, but now loves it because she can feel the benefits out on the trails 🏃‍♀️

What’s been even more amazing to watch is her confidence grow. From doubting herself to signing up for bigger mountain races and fully trusting her abilities 🌟

So proud of everything you’re achieving Kimmy… onto the next adventure 🚀

What a weekend at 🏔️

I had 5 athletes taking on different distances this weekend and every single one of them absolutely smashed it 👏🏼

This year we didn’t get the glorious sunshine and blue skies… instead they faced rain, sleet, brutal wind chill, high winds and thunderstorms ⛈️🌧️🌬️ But despite the conditions, they all dug deep, stayed strong and crossed those finish lines proudly

took on the 25km — his first race since breaking his ankle last year 🦴➡️🏃‍♂️ And what a comeback it was… absolutely smashed it 🔥

tackled the brand new 80km route 🏔️ On paper it may look manageable, but the reality was technical terrain, endless knee-deep bogs and running through the night she took it all in her stride and smashed it 👏🏼

took on the 50km — third time lucky after the previous two attempts ended in DNS due to operations ❤️‍🩹 This year she made it to that start line, fought hard and absolutely smashed it 💪🏼

ran the 50km as her very first UTMB race 🏃‍♀️🔥 Battling ITB issues and sickness along the way, she showed incredible resilience and determination to reach that finish line strong 🙌🏼
jsmith.cs took on the 50km — his longest race to date 🔥 And what a race to choose! Over the past few months he’s returned to training with real consistency, and that hard work showed out on the course 💪🏼

What a team ❤️

Every single one of these athletes has worked incredibly hard to get here. They’ve overcome setbacks, adapted training, faced challenges head on and stayed committed throughout the process. Their dedication, resilience and determination has been amazing to watch and this weekend they showed exactly what they’re capable of 💥

So proud of you all 👏🏼

WELL DONE TEAM

Huge shoutout to for taking 3rd Female at the .marathon Apocalypse Ultra last weekend 🥉🔥🥳

This brutal event is made up of 4 different loops, with athletes choosing their route combinations to total 50 miles and a huge 3,048m of elevation ⛰️💀

What a day it was for her! This podium finish wasn’t something we necessarily expected going into the race, but at the same time it’s no surprise at all. Catherine is an incredibly strong athlete who is deeply committed to her progress through both running and consistent S&C 💪🏼

This year hasn’t been completely smooth sailing. She has dealt with a hamstring ni**le which brought a lot of unknowns heading into this race. However, through focused rehab, specific strength work, and a structured training plan, it never became an issue on race day 🙏

The week leading into the race also brought challenges with ongoing stomach health issues, and at one point we weren’t even sure she would make the start line, never mind finish with such an incredible result. But Catherine’s determination, resilience, and mental strength shone through from start to finish ⚡️

The plan was simple: assess how things felt during the first half of the race and then make decisions from there. But as the race unfolded, she grew stronger, closed the gap to second place, and finished powerfully 💥

One of the biggest takeaways from this performance is that Catherine didn’t even feel like she was running at her absolute best. She knew there was more in the tank and yet she still delivered a podium performance. That says everything about the work she’s put in behind the scenes:
🧠 Mental resilience
🏃🏼‍♀️ Running fitness
🏋🏼‍♀️ A strong body built through S&C

So proud of you Catherine 👏🏼
A brilliant example of controlling what you can, adapting to what you can’t, and showing up regardless

How often should you really be training your feet? 🦶

As an ultra runner, you spend HOURS on your feet pounding the ground with every step. They’re your first point of contact… and that means they take a serious beating. More impact = more chances for things to break down. ⚠️

That’s exactly why foot training shouldn’t be an afterthought it should be a priority. 💪

The good news? You don’t need much.
Just 15–20 minutes, a few times a week, can build stronger, more resilient feet and ankles.

Keep it simple:
👉 Move your toes individually
👉 Pick up a ball
👉 Work on big toe mobility

These small drills improve proprioception, stability, and control helping you run stronger and more efficiently. 🏃‍♂️

And remember… it’s not just about performance. It’s about staying injury-free and running for the long haul. ⏳

Start giving your feet the attention they deserve. Your future miles will thank you. 🙌

💥 Women’s Run 💥

If you haven’t joined us yet… what are you waiting for?! 👊🏽✨

I started this back in January, and week after week these incredible women have shown up 💛

Rain 🌧️ wind 💨 freezing temps ❄️ , nothing has stopped us, and it’s all been worth it.

Last night we ditched the head torches for the first 10–15 minutes and were rewarded with the most beautiful sunset … moments like that are exactly why winter running hits different 🤩

This run is completely FREE and open to all women 🙏
It’s become more than just a run — it’s a safe, supportive space to move, chat, and connect each week 💬💖

So grateful for every single one of you… thank you for showing up 🫶

📩 Drop me a message if you’d like to come along, we’d love to have you!

Massive shout out to for taking on the Sprint South and finishing 12th Female 💥👏

This was Ronnie’s second time on this start line. Last year, she unfortunately couldn’t continue after stopping to help another runner and getting them to safety ❤️
Putting someone else’s race before your own is exactly what the ultra community is all about 🤝

Going into this year, I knew she was ready. Her 2025 performances have been unreal, PBs across the board and even a race win 🤩 That consistency and confidence made the build up smooth, we just needed to get a bit more specific with training.

✔️ Treadmill hill sessions
✔️ Increased strength & conditioning
✔️ Building robustness for tough terrain

Because trudging through knee deep snow is no joke ❄️💪 strong legs are essential, but those hip flexors really need to be able to handle the load when fatigue hits.

Huge effort, Ronnie. This race showed that the build up went even better than expected and 2026 is already looking VERY exciting 🚀
