Brodie is only 4 years old .

He has cerebral palsy, suffers sensory over load .

We have been together nearly a month now his determination is fit for any prize fighter.

If he falls he picks himself and has look that says is that the best you have got.

Today part of strength and conditioning it was steps .

With assistance and jumping off by himself and amazing achievement for anybody starting off this sort of program with cerebral palsy.

We always find way and if we can't get round it .
We will go over it .
If we can't get round it or over it you can bet your life we will kick a hole through it .

We define us . Not a condition.

Stroke and Parkinson Boxing

Steve has had two strokes beat cancer.
This man is an absolute warrior.
It was amazing to see the strength building up in his left arm.
We also use pads as part of our mind , muscle memory program.
Boxing truly is the greatest sport in the world .

Please welcome Christopher McEwen who is a finalist in the Leader of the Year Award category – Sponsored by NAFESE
Beyond over the moon the veterans night is easily one of the best night's of the year .

And with the work we are currently doing with the Special Olympics.
Not only a boxing programme the first in Britain but the first in the World.
We designed and had built the World's first Boxing wheelchair from Roma .
A company based in wales that build all the wheelchairs for Paralympic rugby and basketball.

We have got a project with Invictus Games 2027 Birmingham.

And last year we delivered and help create a blue print for wheelchair boxing and inclusion Boxing training with Wales and England Amateur Boxing.
This was held at Sports Wales Sophia Gardens.
This has now been submitted to World Boxing.
If approved by World Boxing then wheelchair boxing will become an approved sport with a possible future in Paralympic sports .

Its been a busy , tough few years .
The fight is not over .
We keep fighting an creating opportunities for injured and retired veterans.

They bring the best in each other .

So they wanted to help with each others ab work out .

Lewis is doing sit ups first followed by Bleddyn.

Thursday is the best day of the week .
I count the days for each Thursday.

Partner Drills

Boxer 1 has her gloves on her opponent's shoulders at full stretch.

Boxer 2 can throw a body hook or lead hook to the head .

Boxer 1 can defend the Body shot with dropping her elbow .
Or defending the lead hook to the head by raising her glove to the facial guard position.

Swap with Attack and Defender.
Increase speed.
