Wednesday 9:30 Paracise and 18:15 Pilates
Thursday 9:30 Chair Based Exercises and 18:15 Pilates
Friday 9:30 Pilates
Saturday 9:30 Pilates and 10:45 Paracise.

In like of the governments announcement at 5:30 today, Tuesday 5th January, I regret to inform all clients that with immediate effect all classes led by Pilates Isle of Man will cease in person and move onto the Zoom platform as the Isle of Man enters into lockdown. Zoom codes and passwords will be posted shortly. This includes all classes at The Pilates Studio and Colby Methodist Hall.

Zoom Pilates Isle of Man is a subscription service, where members receive a weekly recorded Pilates class, along with bonus videos. Payment weekly or monthly by contacting [email protected]. Great fun and access available to subscribers for the week. Ideal for those unable to reach the studio where ever they may be around the world.
