We’re launching a new challenge from Monday 14th September.
Yes, we’ve run similar challenges before, so what makes this one different?
Well, it’s not just about weight loss, but if that’s your goal, we can adapt our challenge to focus on that too.
This challenge also encourages movement and staying energised and motivated to move, even when you don’t really feel like it. It gives you a purpose; it gives you a goal.
And there will be small prizes along the way!
These six weeks lead right up to October half-term. You can finish feeling fitter and better than ever.
