Pilkington Recs Reds U12s produced a dominant all-round performance as they ran out 56–0 winners against Wigan St Pats in an impressive display of both attacking flair and defensive strength.
From the first whistle, the Reds set the tone with sharp ball movement and confident running, creating space across the pitch and capitalising on their opportunities. The attacking display was relentless, with a number of players getting on the scoresheet, highlighting the team’s depth and unselfish play. Conversions were also added throughout, rounding off a clinical performance with the boot.
Defensively, the Reds were just as strong. Big tackles and well-organised defensive lines kept Wigan St Pats at bay, preventing any real chances from developing. The commitment in defence matched the quality shown in attack, making it a complete team performance.
