Papworth Blasters have a coach in place ready to setup and run an U9s team, next season. To be able to do this we need 1, or 2, additional adults that are willing to help out. If you are interested please get in touch.

We will be advertising for players (current year 3, moving into year 4) once the coaches are in place.

The Papworth Blasters annual AGM will take place on Tuesday 16th June at The Printworks. It will begin at 7.30. Anyone with an interest in the club is welcome to attend.

Most grassroots coaches are volunteers.

They give up time, energy, weekends and family life for the kids they coach.

Sometimes the pressure, criticism and negativity affects more than people realise.

Before complaining about a coach, ask yourself:

“Have I ever thanked them?”
“Could I help instead?”

Coaches are human too.
