Hello darlings 👋🏼
I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately and haven’t shared much of my health and fitness content. Life has been full with our renovations, and as we all know, life can feel overwhelming at times — and social media can add to that too. But I’m always thinking of you all. Even when I’m not posting, you’re still very much on my mind, and I always want to show up and check in — especially during Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

Back in February, my friend Manjit and I created The Pause Social with one simple mission:
to build a safe and welcoming space for women to slow down, connect, move, create, and simply pause.
In a world that constantly tells us to do more, we wanted to create moments that remind women to pour back into themselves.
From walks and talks to stretching, painting, and creative sessions, every gathering is about community, softness, and supporting our mental wellbeing together.
This week is a reminder that taking care of your mind doesn’t always have to look big or complicated. Sometimes it looks like:
✨ slowing down
✨ getting outside
✨ moving your body gently
✨ creating without pressure
✨ connecting with women who understand
