Clyde tunnel finisher is not for the weak 🤣😝💪🏻

Sometimes the run is a physical battle. Sometimes it’s a mental one.

Either way. Get out and run.
No excuses. Get it done.

This was a steady pace 5K along the Clydeside. With the rucksack on my back, it felt like twice the shift.

Ran it with the main man . The social aspect is brilliant, we push each other, challenge each other, have good chats, and encourage each other when it gets tough. Exactly what mates are for 🤝

This is discipline.
Show up for yourself.
Get it done.
