I've just delivered my first new year order to The Wee Handmade Gallery, Red Pepper Chilli Jam and Strawberry Prosecco Jam, so as its almost Valentines Day...if you're feeling a bit fruity or looking to spice things up head along and treat yourself x

I have had a request for my famous jammy poetry! (I haven't really) ahemmm .......here goes

For what should I use my chilli jam ? Well it goes beautifully with Cheese and Ham, it really is quite deliiiish,so of course is my Hot Pineapple Reliiiiish :) You can dip it spread it , use it all , its a treat, so have a ball .
Strawberry Prosecco on your toast or scone?..........before you know it its all gone!!

I've been pineapple obsessed this week, so having gotten my hands on some plums ;-) (ooh er Mrs )
I had a go at combining them and I am delighted with the results.YUMM !

Raspberry Pineapple Jam was really popular at fair on Saturday, so making more tomorrow. Plum and Pineapple Jam just made and it is yummmmmm :-)
