For those that know me fitness & coaching is my passion. For now I am taking a break from 1-1 PT & concentrating on a new family business venture with the opening of our new bar & restaurant in Neilston .
This has been a huge undertaking for all of us involved & I am there to build an amazing team & place for you all to visit.
I am still taking my fitness classes & I will be managing my existing clients on my online platform going forward. I will return to coaching in the future, but for now I’m returning to my hospitality roots. Come visit me in my new place , I’ll be happy to welcome you & give you a tour. Lotsa love Lisa 💜

This will be held at UWS Paisley Campus at its bespoke outdoor KOMPAN gym facility.

If you want to train with likeminded people , get fit & lose body fat then this bootcamp is for you.

All levels of fitness are welcome. 💜
