Me and Lauren are teaming up to bring you THRIVE.
A women’s small group PT built around strength, confidence and community.
No nonsense.No quick fixes.No soft girl era.
Just women lifting weights, getting stronger, building confidence and discovering what they’re truly capable of.
THRIVE is designed for women who want more than a fitness class. This isn’t a HIIT or circuit-style workout where you’re rushing from station to station. You’ll be coached throughout, following a structured strength training programme with progression built in, helping you get stronger week after week.
But THRIVE isn’t just about lifting weights.
It’s about surrounding yourself with good people. We want to create a supportive community of women who encourage each other both inside and outside the gym. Alongside our training sessions, we’ll be organising social meet-ups too, whether that’s a group walk, a coffee, breakfast after training or an ice cream when the British weather finally decides to sort itself out. 🍦☀️
