What do Tuesday and Friday mat classes look like 👀 sharing the love for our Mat work classes ❤️ each week they surprise me and I guess I surprise them ☺️ but we move we laugh and we enjoy it ❤️

A little throw back and snapshot of Last weekend’s Tower training Kensington, it was so inspirational.

So much gratitude to for an incredible weekend of learning, growing, and feeling completely supported along the way.🥰

No matter how long I’ve been doing Pilates myself, teaching others or how strong we feel, mat work always humbles me. Just you, the mat, and focused movement — it really gets deep into those muscles.

It helps to build full body strength, control, and awareness. Tuesdays & Fridays Mat classes are open level classes working together adding progressions and switching off from the outside .

Who would have thought adding small equipment some weeks can make everything feel 10x harder (in a good way!) ❤️🔥

I love moving with intention and taking it slow there’s nothing else that comes close to being able to move in a way that makes you switch off but at the same time switch on ☺️ nothing else can have space in the mind whilst everything else in your body is connecting and feeling controlled.

Everything felt alive this morning, slowing things down before the school and college term starts again and it’s full steam head 🙃

Balance and control! Surprising how an arms in straps core flow can shift focus to balance and stability work when we add the soft ball!

Lately life’s been a little busy and this afternoon I took some time to work on my own core stability, it required me to switch off and gain full body control all whilst building up a slow burn 🔥

Still working out on my helicopter legs ☺️
