Our brand-new Shotokan karate classes kick off on Saturday, 5th October 2024, at Moorways Sports Village – and your first class is **FREE**! 🌟

Classes are open to **adults and children (ages 4+)**, and parents/carers are welcome to join their children in training or come and see them training. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, everyone is invited to learn and grow in a supportive atmosphere.

Our experienced coach Alexandra Merisoiu 5 Dan Black Belt from will guide you through traditional Shotokan Karate, improving your fitness, discipline, and confidence. This is a great way for families to bond while building valuable life skills.
