Hey everyone....

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to cut my annual leave short so I will no longer be going abroad for a long holiday. Most of my classes over the next couple of weeks will be reinstated.

Some classes had cover arranged already so to minimise the inconvenience, I have left the classes with the cover instructors where necessary.

I will be adding all the community classes that are being reinstated back to the website later on tonight for booking.

I will add messages into the individual WhatsApp groups with the specific changes for ease of reference.

I will not be working on the following dates at all;
Sat 13th June
Thurs 18th June
Fri 19th June
Sat 20th June

So unless cover has been arranged for any classes on those dates already, they will not run.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Q: Where/When are your classes?
A: Our current schedule is above, please take a look.

Q: How do I book?
A: Via our website - www.kathenry.co.uk/zumba (Clickable link in my bio)

Q: Do you offer a free trial?
A: Yes I do - Your first class is FREE at any of our evening community classes. Just use coupon code "1STCLASSFR3' when booking.

Q: Do I have to pre-book/Can I just turn up?
A: To save yourself some money you can book a spot at any of our community venues in advance online. Online booking closes 1 hour before each class starts. After that we do welcome walk-ins, however the price on the door is slightly higher and it's always subject to space availability.

Q: How much are your classes?
A: Advance booking online - £8, Price on the Door - £10

Q: Can I pay by card on the door?
A: Yes of course, we accept payment by Card/Contactless/Cash or PayPal on the door.

Q: Do you do blocks of classes?
A: Yes we do, we offer a block of 7 classes for the price of 6 for £48 and we offer a block of 12 classes for the price of 10 at £80 (All plans valid for 6 months from purchase date)

A: We currently offer Zumba® Fitness classes Live (In Person)

Q: Do you offer any other classes?
A: At present we only offer Zumba®, Zumba® Gold, Aqua Zumba® Classes.

Q: Who are your classes aimed at?
A: Zumba® is suitable for all, regardless of age, gender, ability or fitness level. Our classes are generally for people over the age of 16. If you are younger than this or you are a parent who would like their pre-teen/teen to dance with them please send a message to Kat to discuss options.

🚫 Zumba 5pm on Fridays in Caterham

We hope to dance/splash with you all at one of our alternative classes...

Confession time... 🌈👟

These were very much a duvet burrito purchase while I was feeling sorry for myself with the world's most unwelcome stomach bug 😂

Thank goodness for Amazon Prime!

The funny thing is, I already own a few pairs in this style, so I knew they'd be comfortable enough for teaching before I even clicked "Buy Now".

I wanted a little way to celebrate Pride Month and these felt like the perfect fit.

Colourful without being too loud, comfy enough for hours of teaching, and a subtle reminder that love is love.
