Try this for a few weeks. I do it in bed with a folded pillow. Very relaxing.

Not sleeping well, mind too active, waking at 3am.
10 minutes every night before bed. Legs up the wall. What a treat for the mind and body.
I fold a pillow and put it under my hips in bed.

Summer term is upon us so I have stopped my day time class at 9.15 on Friday mornings until September. I am holding 4 evening classes of Hatha Yoga for all levels, in Tetsworth Memorial Hall.
At 8pm on Monday
20th July.
3rd, 10th, 17th August.
If paid in advance...£10.

YOGA in TETSWORTH for ALL LEVELS.

Good evening everyone.
I hope you have had a good half term.
Lovely to see some sunshine today. New term of classes begin tomorrow in Tetsworth Memorial Hall. Mondays: 20.00 pm 23rd Feb through to 23rd of March.
Fridays 09.15 am 27th February to 27th March.
