In late 2013, Oxford University Quidditch Club hosted a Valentine's Day-themed fantasy tournament with a unique twist: players signed up and were drafted as pair (not necessarily romantic ones, thankfully). The tournament, held the following February, attracted quidditch players from all over Europe, and cemented the place of Valentine's Cup as an iconic fixture in UK and European quidditch. Now in its seventh instalment, Valentine's Cup is looking for players and captains ready to lead teams to victory, inspire passion, and above all just have fun, on the 11th and 12th of March 2022.
