Day 2 of the Surrey camp!!

Day 2 saw the return of .power.health to educate the girls on their physiology and how their cycle can affect and enhance their performance. ๐Ÿ“ˆ
These sessions were split with bowling and fielding masterclasses for the girls to hone their technical skills. โšก๏ธ
We then travelled to The Oval for the first game of The Hundred 2024 - a brilliant chance for the girls to see some of the highest level female cricket and be inspired! ๐Ÿ’ญ
