We’re very excited that the Wellbeing Tent will be back at the Food Festival for the second year! We have another packed day planned, with demos, taster classes, talks and therapies.
Come along and do a relaxing yoga class, have some reflexology, talk to our Weleda expert, have a hand massage or try some aerial yoga! We'll have fabulous talks by Project Food and our tent sponsors Osteo and Physio.

Yoga Trapeze has started in the cabin.
Experience suspension in bespoke hammocks that help support the body allowing gravity let your body realign itself. This helps minimise the body weights strain on the joints and allows you to achieve the best stretch possible. With only 4 in the class you will be guided through this new experience.
