It’s been a while since I’ve posted. In our busy lifestyles, sometimes there’s no room for posting content on insta, especially when you’re a one-man business. But we’re back on it.

In life, there are always ups and downs, but training should always stay consistent, because training and exercise is our gateway to routine, productivity and most important of all, happiness (believe it or not). You’ll never see anyone regret a training day, regardless of whether it was good or bad.

Motivation will always come and go with your training, but with a successful program that you (or anyone) create, routine and discipline should take its place.

The best time to start will always be now, or the best time to get back on track, will always be now. Don’t be too hard on yourself, just keep going.

For the next 4 weeks, I’ll be doing 12 week summer programs. A solid program that you will stick to. With support from me, you won’t be alone. A program you can always go back to. Think about it.

And we’re back...

It’s been over a year since I hosted these classes, and I couldn’t be more excited to start them again 🙌🏼

The aim is, as always:
- To help educate individuals about fitness ✔️
- To promote the lifestyle change from sedentary to active, one smidge at a time ✔️
- To advise on food intake, and prove that eating little to nothing just isn’t the way ✔️
- Build a community and have a bloody good time doing it. ✔️

We have taken measures to ensure you are very safe from COVID also, if you were wondering 💯
Under the guidelines we have a limited space, 14 to be exact. So if you’re interested, giz a message! 💪🔥

It’s bed time for me, back to work tomorrow. And I’m bloody excited. 4:30am wake up calls, I have missed you!
So I’ll keep this short and sweet.

You probably know by now, that I have a team of people working to get you guys fit as f**k..
Live home workouts, nutritional advice, REAL fitness talk, yoga, Calisthenics, support etc. The full shebang really. The PT without the PT.

We’ve only added some gym workouts for you guys to follow too.. to get you back into the swing of things. Or, if you’re a beginner, to start you out the right way. Try it out, it’s 3 quid a week.

So if you’re getting back into the gym, or at the beginning, and haven’t got a clue where to begin, and you need a trustworthy source, we’re here to help. It’s worth it..

💥 3 things you might not know about me:

▫️ I’m a huge guitar hobbyist
I’ve played on and off since I was 13, but the positive of this past year is I’ve had more time to focus on getting better. I have plans to be playing with a couple bros of mine in the near future!

▫️I know that every time I fail, it’s a lesson learned
I never look at a failure as a bad thing. Failures in life, when it comes to growing, will always involve failures, but you should always look at these as a lesson. From there, you know how to reassess for next time.

▫️I fu***ng love all of my clients
Every one of my clients will tell you that it isn’t just about training them for an hour two or three times a week, you get to know them, get to know the ins and outs of their why, understand their habits and slowly try to change their lifestyle for the better. Having a good relationship with your PT or client is key in my eyes.

This picture is on top of Cadair Berwyn with one of my clients, his sheer determination to better himself is extremely inspiring.

This is an appreciation post to all of my clients that have stuck with me in a challenging time. Here’s to adapting as humans and growing for the better! 🧡
