It’s been a while since I’ve posted. In our busy lifestyles, sometimes there’s no room for posting content on insta, especially when you’re a one-man business. But we’re back on it.
In life, there are always ups and downs, but training should always stay consistent, because training and exercise is our gateway to routine, productivity and most important of all, happiness (believe it or not). You’ll never see anyone regret a training day, regardless of whether it was good or bad.
Motivation will always come and go with your training, but with a successful program that you (or anyone) create, routine and discipline should take its place.
The best time to start will always be now, or the best time to get back on track, will always be now. Don’t be too hard on yourself, just keep going.
For the next 4 weeks, I’ll be doing 12 week summer programs. A solid program that you will stick to. With support from me, you won’t be alone. A program you can always go back to. Think about it.
