The school holidays are almost here, and our friends at Maona Cinema has a brilliant programme of kids and family films lined up throughout the summer! 🎬🍿

From Tom and Jerry: The Forbidden Compass and Toy Story 5, to Minions Vs Monsters, Moana Live Action, Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists! and Shaun the Sheep The Movie, there is plenty for families to enjoy during July and August.

The New Saints FC Foundation has teamed up with Chloe Elizabeth Dance Company - CEDC to bring tailored dance class sessions into local schools.

Delivered by CEDC, the biggest dance organisation in Shropshire, these sessions can be shaped around each school’s individual needs, helping pupils build confidence, stay active, develop new skills and enjoy dance in a fun, supportive environment.

Schools can choose from a range of styles, including street dance, contemporary and ballroom, with sessions led by qualified, safeguarding-trained local dance coaches with 12 years of experience delivering tuition across the county.

Tomorrow is the official opening of The Centre Spot!

The day will begin with a special opening event and guided tour for invited guests, giving them the opportunity to explore the new space and learn more about how The New Saints FC Foundation plans to support young people and the wider community through this exciting new hub.

From 10:00am onwards, everyone is invited to come along to our Centre Open Morning. It's a great opportunity to find out more about the activities and services taking place within the centre, including the recording studio, community choir, OsNosh Community Café, and the food share table.

There will also be plenty of fun activities set up in the main hall, making it a fantastic morning for individuals, families, and community members to get involved and see what The Centre Spot has to offer.

As the new home of The New Saints FC Foundation, The Centre Spot has been created as a dedicated space for youth and community wellbeing in the heart of Oswestry, bringing together local organisations, support services, and community projects under one roof.

We're really looking forward to welcoming everyone through the doors tomorrow, it would be great to see you there!

Just one week to go until the grand opening of The Centre Spot 💚

We’d love to welcome you along on Friday 5th June from 10am–1pm to have a look around, meet some of the organisations based at the centre, and see what’s planned for the future.

The Centre Spot will be a new hub for youth and community wellbeing in the heart of Oswestry, and we can’t wait to open the doors and share it with everyone.
