🎉 50 Sessions Strong – Well Done, Emma! 🎉

One thing you can always guarantee with Emma is that she’ll bring a fantastic attitude to every single session, along with an energetic personality that always adds to the positive energy in the room.

Since joining The Combe PT Studio, we’ve been really impressed with the progress Emma has made. Her commitment to the process has been excellent, and it’s been great to see her strength levels steadily increase through the training percentages and loads she’s lifting.

She thrives on being challenged and consistently puts in the work needed to keep moving forward, all while balancing a busy work lifestyle and being a key part of our early morning crew.

Emma is always encouraging others during sessions, contributing to the supportive atmosphere that makes the studio such a great place to train.

Long overdue welcome to the 50 Club for Gary! 👏💪🔥

One of our original members from back in early September, Gary has been a model of consistency ever since walking through the doors. Session after session, he’s shown fantastic commitment, steady progress, and a brilliant attitude towards training.

An absolute gent and a massive barbecue fan, like myself 🍖🔥but what’s been most impressive is the patience and persistence he’s shown managing his return to the gym following previous injuries. He’s trusted the process, stayed consistent, and it’s paying off in a big way.

Some fantastic efforts lately, especially with his weighted pull-ups, which have been seriously impressive 💪⬆️ Alongside smashing out some of his favourite lifts including the hex bar deadlift and bench press 🏋️‍♂️ Gary continues to go from strength to strength every single week.

Great work, Gary 👏 No doubt the next 50 sessions will bring even bigger gains, more confidence, and plenty more PB bell rings 🔔🔥

50 SESSIONS FOR Laura 💪🔥

Since day one, Laura has shown up ready to work, never shying away from a challenge and always bringing intent and effort to every session 👊

A busy mum of three, she still finds a way to stay consistent — and that consistency is paying off. Her strength has progressed massively, she’s smashed a half marathon 🏃‍♀️ and has another one lined up this weekend!

Leading into and starting since Christmas, she really dialled in her nutrition 🍽️ and the results have been clear — not just in her physical changes , but in how she performs too.

Throwback Friday 2012 💭🔥

Never forget your roots… because it’s a big reason you’re standing where you are today.

I’ve been a PT since 2010, and looking back at those early years really hits different. Not long after starting out, I began running my own circuit classes around 2012, at Fitness First in Medway. That’s where something clicked for me.

Those sessions were where I truly got a buzz from group training. The energy, the laughs, the graft, the connection—coaching people together, pushing limits, and seeing everyone improve week by week. That’s what lit the fire 🔥

Massive thank you to every single person who showed up back then. You didn’t just attend sessions—you helped shape me into the coach I am today. Those experiences made the journey enjoyable, meaningful, and set the foundation for everything I do now.

Fast forward to today, running a small group PT studio, and that same buzz is still there. Still pushing, still coaching, still loving every minute of it 💪

And it’s even better when familiar faces still pop in to the Combe PT Studio—proof that this journey really comes full circle 🙌

💥 50 Sessions Strong! 💥

Massive shoutout to Oli who has recently completed his 50th session with us! 👏

Oli has been a super consistent attendee from early on! turning up, putting in the work, and bringing great energy to every session.

What’s been especially impressive is how he’s approached training while rehabbing from recent shoulder surgery. He’s been patient at adapting movements where needed, listening to his body, and still pushing himself when the time is right. 🙌

An all-round top, top guy to have in the studio and a great part of the group atmosphere. We’re really proud to have him as part of the team and part of our studio community.

March Momentum. 🚀

▶️Great to welcome new members joining The Combe PT Studio and embracing the challenge straight away. The community keeps growing with hardworking, like-minded people pushing each other every session. 💪

▶️Loved hosting 25 girls from during half-term for some strength & conditioning sessions. Brilliant energy and effort from all ages.

Keep an eye for some Girls-only teen S&C sessions launching soon.

▶️ battling well through a tough stage of the season, including a big recent result against Guernsey. Proud of the effort from everyone as we push toward the final stretch into April. 🏉🔥

▶️Our teen S&C squad keeps growing too. New faces, hard work, great progress — building athletes in the gym and on the pitch. 📈
