Wow… what a year 2025 has been ✨
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single client who has supported me this year and shown up week after week on the mat and reformer. I feel so lucky to call this my job. Helping people get stronger, move better and reduce pain is something I truly love.
I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings.
Now it’s time to switch off and enjoy some very well deserved family time 🤍

….its important that you don’t listen to them!

After being a PA for over 14 years, with job security, amazing perks & benefits some people would call me mad to walk away, go self employed & risk it all. However, looking back on 2025 I’m so proud of myself for everything I’ve achieved. I’ve taught over 600 hours of Pilates this year, qualified in reformer & pre/post natal, been lucky enough to have gained some amazing clients.

At the begining of the year I was teaching 2/3 Mat classes a week and now I’m teaching over 20 classes of Mat & 6 reformer classes a week.

Don’t get me wrong it’s not all perfect lesson plans, matching active wear & non stop coffee/matcha dates. There’s a lot of late nights, last minute lesson plan changes, cancelled classes & juggling childcare but I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Excited to see what 2026 brings 💫

Core Training Without Spinal Flexion

You don’t need spinal flexion to strengthen your core. Add these stability focused movements to your workout, keeping deep core engagement and ribs anchored throughout.

Single-Leg Tabletop with Arm Reach Maintain 90° at the hips and knees as you reach overhead, preventing rib flare or pelvic tilt

Segmental Shoulder Bridge
Lift and lower the spine one vertebra at a time, initiating with a posterior pelvic tilt

Unilateral Leg Pulldown
Lower the leg with controlled hip extension, keeping the lumbar spine neutral

Alternating Single-Leg Toe Taps
Hinge from the hip while maintaining transverse abdominis activation and lumbar stability

Single-Leg Extension
Extend long through the leg without losing neutral pelvis or allowing the ribs to lift

To progress, add ankle weights while maintaining perfect form.

Sundays at

It wasn’t a easy decision to step away from teaching on a Sunday as I love my clients so much but since I’ve started teaching Pilates I’m stretching myself too thinly & not focusing on the main reason why I changed careers to spend more time with my family.

Don’t worry I’ll still be teaching on a Friday night but for now thank you to all my amazing clients, you make those early Sunday mornings worth it

A week off was just what I needed! 🤍 A whole week of laughter, quality time with my daughter & husband, proper rest for my body and mind, delicious food & drinks, reading and plenty of sleep.

I’m back from the best holiday feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to go! ✨

I can’t wait to kick off our September Reset Mat Course on Monday, meeting some lovely new clients and welcoming back my regulars. 🧘🏼‍♀️
